Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will have the opportunity to review these costs before finalizing your order.  

Processing Time:

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 7-10 business days after it is placed. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and the specific product. For customized framed or acrylic prints, the processing time may be longer; we will communicate the estimated timeframe to you upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your artwork is delivered safely and efficiently. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or local postal services.

We ship our art and photography worldwide.

International Shipping - Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Please be aware that for international orders, customs duties and import taxes are determined by your local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by your country's customs authorities once your shipment reaches your destination. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on these potential charges. Orvis St John Photography is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (if available with the selected shipping method). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.  

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Orvis@OrvisStJohnPhotography.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for potential inspection by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Orvis!! Art & Photography is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
