Returns
We strive for your complete satisfaction.
Should you wish to return an item, our policy allows you to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon approval, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our returns address: Orvis St. John Photography, Gerstäckerstr. 11, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.
Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EU Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear written statement to:

You may use the contact form in your customer account, or send us an email or use the withdrawal button on the right hand side of this homepage. Your withdrawal request must be submitted before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
